Band of Brothers

Band of Brothers is an intentional strategy to support our Influencer mission, vision and values by providing a weekly opportunity to link together with like-minded men for prayer, fellowship, worship, teaching, testimonies and information about ministry opportunities, trainings, seminars and events.

Each week men are encouraged to learn more about the Journey and sign-up for on-going informational sessions, Journey Groups and guide/co-guide training sessions.

The teaching every week is to inspire men, through the truth of Scripture, to abide in Christ, to be “self-feeders” of the Word of God and to live our lives in such a way that our thoughts and actions reflect personal abandonment complete trust in Jesus Christ.

Band of Brothers sponsors many types of discipleship and fellowship opportunities:

• Weekly Band of Brothers gatherings
• Journey Group training and support of forming and mentoring new Journey Groups
• Prayer events for the city such as Long Beach Prayer on the Hill at 7:00am
• Ladies Night – An opportunity to bring our wives to a nice evening event aimed at sharing the purpose, scope and testimonies of transformation from men and their wives—all for the purpose of bringing glory to God.
• Men’s boils give men the opportunity to invite other men for an evening of “man food”, personal testimonies, a “man of God” message and distribution of “man of God” wrist bands and men are encouraged to sign-up for Journey Groups.
